When lying flat pit to pit measures approximately 16 1/2 inches length is approximately 26 inches. When purchased for myself, I am a size extra small to small. This fits me, but I believe that this is a big girl fit a 14. Most likely will fit even smaller because it’s a puffer jacket. You cannot wear a sweater underneath this.
