I bought this Icon Los Angeles bag from another seller in December, it never arrived, some problem with USPS, got refunded. Is this same bag? I am interested but don't want to go through same hassle. FYI the image on bag is part of a collage called Discolaria by late American artist Rex Ray. I found it on an art posters site. Thanks.
