Per Se Colorblock Pencil Skirt Fits Size Small Altered from M Wiggle Straight

Per Se Colorblock Skirt Bright bold colors in a geometric pattern It is size medium, but has been altered to now fit approximatley size small. The waist is 27" now.  Please see measurements below...they are for the altered size. The material is so nice and substantial...it is the type of material that I feel "holds me in" almost like shaping material...very nice!
