Needs Battery, Can be Adjusted at Kate Spade store if needed, Very very little (if any) visible scratching on crystal, metal is in gorgeous shape, but close-up there is normal wear. The watch has been an incredible, loved accessory and was taken incredible care of (never exposed to water, always stored in dust bag, etc).
