Comfortable, broken in, soft toe, 6” shaft, work boots, but can be worn for casual wear as well. This is in JK’s original brown leather option before the updated lighter brown they have now. In the photos I included close ups of some of the delamination from the stitch down part of the boot to the rubber slip sole. There is a photo of the measurement from the inside length so you can compare to other footwear you own. These can be resoled.
I took care of these like I everything I own. I wear them as they should be worn and I take care of them so they take care of me. Regular brushing and oiling when needed.
From JK, “Each set of 300 boots is meticulously handcrafted in our Spokane, WA facility using only the highest-grade American leather, fire ready materials, Vibram 4014 White Christy wedge soles, and stitchdown construction. This attention to detail means your JK work boots are built to keep you comfortable and safe providing real comfort on and off-site.”

Have these been resoled yet? And when were they built? @brianbupkis

@nic4296 Hello. No, they haven’t been resoled yet. The boots were delivered to me by the summer of 2023.

You said there are some issues with where the sole meets the stitching? Is that a cosmetic issue only or functional? And will the defects affect the ability to be resoled?

No issue with the stitching. The glue came undone where the boot is stitched down to the slipsole, but the stitching is fine all around. It could be a DIY repair with some shoe glue, but it never bother me or affected the performance of the boots. It could absolutely still be resoled.

Hey Brian, I talked with Poshmark support team. Can you lower your asking price to the agreed $85? This should allow the purchase to go through. @brianbupkis

Brian these fit perfect! Did you sell the other jk boots?
Feb 19Reply

brianbupkis
@nic4296 I’m stoked to hear that! I’m happy they work for you. I didn’t sell the others, I just removed the listing.

nic4296
Do you have any interest in selling those as well?
Feb 20Reply

brianbupkis
@nic4296 Honestly I’m torn between the idea of trying to selling them and just keeping them. I like the bison boots a lot, so for now I’m going to keep them I think.
