MAKING A BID AND CONCERNED ABOUT THE SIZE NOTORIOUSLY BEING SMALLER THAN North American sizes for women. can this be returned if
it is toooo small? even measurements posted do not include width and sleeve sizes. it is no good to getsomthing great that would fit a smaller gal, and is useless for real buyers and not reposhers.
