I think it runs pretty TTS! I have a 37in bust and wanted a more ‘fitted’ fit and opted to size down to the medium. It does have a lot of stretch and give, so could perhaps fit someone who is an XL who wants a more ‘fitted’ or snug fit. I hope that gives you a better idea ☺️
