@trf730 It measures 17” (max, if pulled taut) underarm to underarm. It’s shown on my dress form with a 34” bust. It’s an empire waist so where the natural waistline falls is a bit “free” (not fitted), as shown in the photos and about 15” across. The dress measures 33.5” long.
