Fishing Shark on a Chair Decor

Fishing shark on a chair. The chair is made of metal. The shark is very lightweight, and I'm not sure of the sharks material. The shark has a person on his fishing line. I'm not sure if it's part of the original design, but the Sharks' bottom fins are not symmetrical, one end is pointed, and one end is flat.
