Beautiful mid length skirt from Japanese brand Axes Femme (their in-house sublabel axes femme poetique). Purchased in their Ikebukuro store in October 2024, only worn twice. Elastic at the back of the waistband, so while the flat measurement is about 12" (as it was made to be a Japanese M/US xs/s) it can stretch to accommodate a 29" waist.
