Ozzy Osbourne bobblehead pen  is a collectible item primarily released in 2002 by companies like Joks, LLC and NovelToy. These pens feature the "Prince of Darkness" himself or various members of the Osbourne family, standing approximately 7 inches tall with a bobbing head design.  I've never used the pen, but just tried it and it works with blue ink.
