Two velcro close interior pockets. Drawstring waist if you want to keep the wind out. Zip close with backup Velcro close for a smooth look. There is a hidden area under the collar where a hood should be but it is missing. No hood. Preworn and appears to date to 2005 as shown on the tags. Very nice.
