Exterior appears to be wind/water resistant
Lots of pockets so a tactical or golf jacket
Four exterior pockets are all zip close.
Two velcro close interior pockets.
Drawstring waist if you want to keep the wind out.
Zip close with backup Velcro close for a smooth look.
There is a hidden area under the collar where a hood should be but it is missing. No hood.
Preworn and appears to date to 2005 as shown on the tags.
