Button down A-Line mini skirt by Signature8 is in good condition without a lot of wear. No stains, rips or tears noted. It looks slightly distressed with a medium wash, and all embroidery appears bright and intact. I'm not sure if it's vintage, or just retro, but it could be straight from the 90's, or Y2K. There are no pockets and the denim is 100% cotton. It's marked a size medium BUT NOTE: looks small, so I'm calling it a small, and PLEASE check measurements!! They are app'x: 13 inches across waist and 16 long.
