Brand new without tags. I can legitimately say this, as I bought the jacket new and took the tags off for a trip to New York, but everything was cancelled as we had our dog pass away. Incredibly warm black jacket with tan accents, real down fill. Features a cozy hood and faux fur soft lining, with lots of pockets and cinch at the waist.
