Chico's long jacket sz 2 sz 12 floral print green blue black sheer EUC

Reposhing this item I purchased from @gpclan. This was sold as a dress, but it's not. Fabric is 100% rayon, sheer. Closes in front with eight buttons, only down to hip level. I would imagine most of the time this would be worn open. Mandarin collar. Bustline measures 23" across. Length of jacket from shoulder to hem is 40". Slits on the sides 15.5" from hem. The last button in front is also 15" from hem. This could also be a nice swimsuit cover, too.
