EXCELLENT USED CONDITION These womens Torrid black leggings are a size 0. The waist is wide elastic and the legs are tapered. Worn only a couple of times and looks new. Made of 95% Cotton and 5% Spandex and the fabric has lots of stretch. Measurements are 35 inches from waist to bottom, 14 inches across the waist, 26 inch inseam, and 9 inch rise.
