One Esembly pail pouch. Has toggle drawstring to cinch closed, a loop to hang, or an elastic opening to up with a diaper pail. Fair condition - The inner waterproof TPU/PUL lining has started to separate and come off one half of the bag, making it no longer fully waterproof. Though it is still fairly water resistant on that side, but not as well or for a long as it originally was. No other defects noted.
