waist and hip measurement? I'm also wondering if it has any stretch?

Waist is approx 19” laying flat and the hip is approx. 20.5” there is a certain level of give to the material, but I wouldn’t describe it as stretchy…and of course waist/hip with this style of dress are a little hard to gauge hence approx. I hope this helps! 😊
