Does it come with the tag? Any other issues besides the one pictured

There is a lot of wear along edges as you see in pictures and there is a main blemish on the front as seen in the photo. It is used and has normal wear and tear. I’m not sure by what you mean “tag” but if you mean the leather coach tag attached as seen in photos, yes that is included.
