@blondy1011 From top of shoulder to hem is 32”. From waist to hem it’s 16”.

@blondy1011 It looks like it does on the hanger. There’s two layers of fabric under the skirt, but not the tulle they added for the model photos. You could puff it up or smooth it down depending on how much you want it to “poof”!
