Excellent Condition ~ Museum Quality Copper & Brass Bugle w/Tasseled Cord Wrapping Royal Welsh Fusiliers 23rd Regiment ~World War 1 The Bugle badge has a large 23 & the shape of a flaming grenade, The Royal Welsh Fusiliers Logo, AKA 23rd regiment of foot. The spelling of "Welsh" indicates that this was issued before 1920 when the spelling "Welch" was restored. I think this is in excellent condition for its age & history.
