New with tags, but has some faded stains on sleeves and bottom of dress, not very noticeable (see last two photos). This is a wrap asymmetrical dress. The waist strings can be tied in the back or to the side. It is cotton blend. Pattern is vertical black pin-stripes. Perfect for travel or any summer outing.
