This is an incredible and well-loved piece from Custo Barcelona. It is in overall great shape (lining looks great, no tears or stains). However, it is missing a couple of buttons and there are a few inconspicuous spots on the outside (see photos, pink square part of design). If you wanted to source big shiny black buttons and sew them on, you could get this looking mint. Priced accordingly but offers always welcome! Marked size 38, approximately a size small.

andreaavery125 Hello again! The sleeves are lined/reinforced with mesh to preserve the puff shape. I have added pictures of the garment turned inside out to help you visualize it. Note that it is not a piece of gathered tulle or foam as is sometimes used for this effect but rather a more cleanly tailored way to achieve it.
