NWT Ramy Brook Lynley Dress in Royal Blue. Model photo is Navy, I am selling a brighter royal blue version as pictured in real photos. This WAS a size 6, but I had it altered to a size 4, and then didn't end up wearing it. Tags still attached. It is very long, would recommend for someone 5'8 or above.
