Raw Edge Polyester Flower Skirt, XXS

This skirt is somewhat mysterious and very dramatic. It has no tags. It's polyester but has a raw cut-out edges around both of the massive red and green flowers that make up the skirt. The flowers on front/back are basically mirror images. The waist is 12" across/24" around, so I believe that would be a Womens XXS otherwise a medium/small child's size. Very impactful and unusual piece. Side zip. In great shape.
