Dark Blue Distressed Flare Size 26-28 Jeans

Shein SXY Stylish dark blue jeans with a flared leg. Distressed details for a trendy look. They say size 28”, measurements look smaller but they do stretch. I wear a 29” and I can button and zip these but they were very tight on me. Maybe more comfortable on a 26 or 27”.
