Vintage 40s 1940s Gown Maxi Dress, Black Gold Sequin, Asymmetrical Peplum Rayon

Classic vintage 1940s gown in black rayon with gold sequin details. Asymmetrical peplum, short sleeves, small front slit, and side metal talon zip closure. Keyhole neckline with hook at eye closure at front, fabric covered button at back. No label. Fits like a modern size medium. Has one small popped seam at the right hip, but this would be a very easy mend. Shown pinned on my small mannequin and then also unpinned.
