Brand spanking new with the tags! I would say these have a slight flare at the bottom and or could possibly be considered a boot cut. Please review the measurements for your perfect fit. These do say they are a short, but they don’t seem that short to me. I am 5’6” and these are the perfect length for me. No heels involved. Measurements are approximate while lying flat Waist is approximately 14.5 inches across The hips are measured at the bottom of the zipper and are 18 1/2 inches The rise is 10 inches The inseam is 29 inches The width at the bottom of the jean is 9 inches
