Does fabric have stretch? I see back waist has elastic and curious if any spandex too? Could you please provide the inseam? Are they a China brand? Only reason I’m asking is I had a similar pair that I loved that’s too big now and wondering if they’re actually sized as a medium or something other than 30? Thanks 😊
