This Weider Ab Shaper was designed to assist your neck by transferring some of the weight of your head to your arms while doing abdominal & oblique crunches. It’s very sturdy. The headrest is well padded, there’s an attached thin body pad, and the arms are made of heavy duty metal wrapped with foam. These sell for $90 or more on EBay with shipping. It has a few scuffs and the bottom of the body pad has some discoloration, but nothing that would affect its performance. It will have to be mostly disassembled for shipping to comply with Poshmark regulations, but reassembly is very easy and requires only a screwdriver. I’ll put the screws in a separate ziplock bag taped to an arm. I’ll be sure to wrap and pack it well in a box before shipping it.
