I just added new photos to the listing to show that: yes, it has a ruffled bottom, and best i can see, there are no tears or stains, just the overall "wear" of the black gauze fabric. I did alter the neckline to be closed a little more, so thats pictured with the blue thread, but not visible on the outside.

kanneaster@flowinflower and we are a non-smoking/no pet house, so only smell it has is just from being stored for awhile, so shouldnt be a problem! :)
