LV replaced the handles? Does it have a strap and lock?

@korliss heyy girl, yes; when I acquired the bag through a vintage seller the handles had heavy patina so I sent the bag to the LV SPA & they replaced the handles. The strap wasn't available. So no strap. I can throw in an LV lock with purchase!
