Vintage Green and White Plaid wool blend skirt size 5

Classic Uniform type skirt. Great for a holiday or Christmas outfit. The waistband is elastic in the back, and someone has taken in the waist in two spots in the front. This could probably be removed with a seem ripper. Skirt is a vintage size 5. Approx measurements laying flat Waist 9” Length: 14”
