Like new, vibrant royal blue and black and white three dimensional sleeveless wave patterned skater style dress from Andrew Gn's 2015 collection made in France. Dress has a trapunto/quilted look to the fabric, very rich looking. It's completely lined with back zipper, and can easily be worn year round with a cardigan or jacket over the top.
