SIZE: XL MEASUREMENTS: - WAIST: ~19” Flat and ~24” Stretched - LENGTH: ~19” COLOR: White and Blue MATERIALS: - 90% Cotton - 5% Polyester - 5% Rubber The above material composition is a guesstimate as the brand has since closed their Etsy page. The skirt is fully cotton with a sewn in stretch waistband. This Rooby Lane Doctor Who Tardis print skirt is in pristine condition, purchased in the early 2010s during my time on tumblr this brand no longer exists on Etsy and is truly a find. NWT, as it did not come with any tags and only the shipping bag with a thank you card that I likely did not keep.
