Navy Prom dress size 00. The sleeves are detachable, you can wear them off-shoulder, or you can wear them as regular sleeves. The dress has a slit, but at the time of purchase we were told that it could be stitched up and closed. Dress has pockets, big enough for phone and makeup. Pick up only. Cash or e-transfer.
