Perfect condition, bought new but never worn. Unsure what this is called as I’m not overly familiar with Spell!! Size small, waist flat 12.5 and super stretchy, side lengths about 32” ish, center about 39”. Kind of a scarf shape kind of skirt. Half slip underneath!
