What size number would you say this dress fits perfectly on? Not loose.

@hdzsteph761 Hi there! I would say a 6 would be best according to the size chart. I will include the measurements. M 6 Bust 35.4-37 Waist 27.6-29.1 Hips 37.4-39 it is a very flattering dress on and has ties to cinch the waist in even smaller also. ☺️ I hope this helps. 💕
