You're absolutely right @luxattic, my apologies, the measurements didn't make sense. I've re-measured the shoulders again, this time from the bottom of the epaulettes on each shoulder. This is so that the epaulettes don't ride up or get scrunched per my research on measuring a field jacket with epaulettes. Again, I apologize for your frustration and hope this helps. The new pics are uploaded.
