how long is the strap? Does this bag feel very lightweight or more like a heavier leather purse?

@droga12 Very lightweight and the strap is at the longest 29” from buckle to buckle. It can be made much smaller though.

hmmm. I really like it, but was hoping to be able to go "hands free" and use as a belt bag as needed. I'm not a big person at all, but I'd need a total circumference (strap plus buckles plus bag) of at least 35 inches to fit comfortably over clothing and top of hips. Would that work?
