upnorthlas @leifh999 I did remove the tag because it was so long. I wore this comfortable and I have a 36" C bra size. The measurements are accurate. 21" pit to pit =~40" chest. Arms were to long for me. Hope this helps. It is a great jacket!

upnorthlas @leifh999 I'll repost as Medium Slim Fit: Designed to be close to the body; a Medium might measure exactly 21" across. According to North Face description. Many people go by measurement picture rather than listed size
