maddielismore @maisielaynel Yes! Laying flat, measurement across hip is 21”. Waistband measures 13” if that’s helpful too!

maddielismore @popisandpeonies I’ve hung them to dry after washing, but they did go in for 10 min on low heat just to fluff them a bit!
