Old spinning machines are called gara spinning because they make a rattling noise. Although the spinning machines are no longer in operation, the unevenness created by the imperfect machine created a unique fabric. This product expresses that texture with a thick 11.8 oz single rib knit. Because the fabric is thick, a special sewing machine is used to sew the four-needle seams flat. A V-shaped sweatband is designed in front of the binder neck to add a vintage feel.
