Elsamanda Knit Sweater Tie closure Ruffle or Shawl Collar Wool Alpaca Italy S

Elsamanda Knit Sweater. Made in Italy. Size Small with Tie Front and great feminine Large Ruffle or Shawl Collar(not sure what they call it). Wool blend- 60% Acrylic, 15% Wool, 15% Alpaca and 10% Viscose. Professional dry clean. I have a hard time with colors so I’m unsure of the color but I feel like it is green, blue or somewhere in between those colors but I could be wrong and you might feel it’s a different color all together. Colors may be off in pictures because of lighting. Measurements are extremely rough as this was difficult to measure because it has a single tie that can be tightened all the way or worn looser. I took my rough measurements with the tie in its tightest position. I feel this is in good used condition but because it’s not new, it shows signs of wear and may have imperfections.
