jeanbannan Hello, what is the condition of dress (any stains or tears/rips in fabric)? Also, does it close in front? Is there a snap, or hook & eye to close it? And 3rd question— where are you shipping from?

jeanbannan Ok thanks for getting back to me right away. I’m actually thinking of wearing it as an overlay piece over a dark green lace dress I’m wearing to my son’s wedding. I think it could work but my concern is if the colors will match up enough (ie, look good together). What shade of green would you call it??? It looks dark where the folded collar area is, but then it looks a lot lighter over the model’s white outfit.

jeanbannan Oh ok. Ugh. I’m running out of time. His wedding is in a month. The other idea is to make something (an overlay that looks like a sheer top) but that takes time and is expensive. Do you think the green would look a bit darker over a dark outfit?

jeanbannan My dress is interesting. Bodice is satin around the chest area and that part the green looks a bit lighter (like your item color!) and the lower half is a textured lace that is more of a forest green (but not super dark forest). Tye gold around the collar on your item looks like it could work!

vleggss7 @jeanbannan I would accept $50. I was disappointed when I received this and some other items from the company. The dress was suppose to be silk, but it is polyester and cheaply made. I can ship tomorrow if you want it.

jeanbannan That’s too bad it wasn’t what you were expecting. I too ordered a dress from them last year and it was super sheer and no lining, etc. Very cheap Won’t order from them again. But I will consider buying this overlay from you, with fingers crossed the color works. Can you do express shipping and let me know what that fee will be?
