Hi! Thank you for your inquiry. There is not a plastic wrap on the outside of the bottle and cap. I honestly can't say if there is a foil seal on the bottle itself under the cap as I have not removed the cap. I'm guessing the bottle cap itself has a tight manufactured seal, but I can't say for certain.
