Boxy top handle bag in black and gold metallic woven coated plastic with top gold metal turnlock closure and dual square milky white plastic top handles. Vinyl interior with 3 sections and zip pocket. A few spots where vinyl has ripped from frame on sides. General signs of wear consistent with age. Measures 10" wide x 7" high x 4" deep. Handles have 4" drop.
