Any idea what year this was from? Many times the small tag in the side of the garment will have the year manufactured.

@austin_hudson it doesn't have a small tag on the inside. I do know I've had it for roughly 15 years now. RW71341 & VN 04889. I've never worn it because I can't wear a wool.
