Seiko 5 Vintage 1997 Automatic Full Lume Dial 7S26-6030 - Needs Regulation

Vintage 1997 Seiko 5 automatic watch with two-tone case and rare full luminous dial. Reference 7S26-6030 with 21-jewel automatic movement. Watch runs but does not keep accurate time and would benefit from a regulation or service. The bracelet is tight on my 7.5" wrist, so it should comfortably fit a 7" wrist or smaller. I don't have any extra links. Scratches on case, bezel, and bracelet typical of a nearly 30-year old watch. Scratches are most visible on the bezel and clasp as shown in photos. Scratches are lighter on the bracelet and case. Moderate marks on the acrylic crystal. Comes with original two-tone silver- and gold-colored bracelet. Decorative engraved bezel. No box or papers.
