Antique .999 Silver Natural Butterscotch Egg Yolk Baltic Amber Brooch Pin Marked

Stunning estate item! Antique natural butterscotch egg yolk Baltic amber brooch. Large amber is prong set in a .999 silver metal setting (has been tested). Beautiful scroll design border edging and C safety catch closure. There are markings on the pin, close to the hinge, but I am unable to make it out. Measures approximately 1.5" long x 0.8" wide. Wear consistent with use such as surface scratches. Some tarnish present  on metal, so it needs to be cleaned. Otherwise, it is in wonderful pre-owned condition.
